非常爛，就是老桑拿房的房間，破舊程度怎麼敢説是2024年新的呢，

This is a fantastic hotel. Our rooms were very comfortable. The hotel is convenient to the central area of Manila. Great place to hangout with friends.

Location good to travel malate. Staff are so friendly 😊

Not so good experience. My mother and I checked in for 5nights and 6days. We were placed in a dusty and termite-packed room (plus AC did not work well - very uncomfortable), though they transferred us to a “better” room after my complaint, they initially should not have assigned that room to ANY guest because of the room’s status. I feel like there’s a discrimination to filipino guests. Elevator was not working. Staff at the lobby are okay, but others are not. Especially one of their guards - quite rude, doesn’t have the common decency. Staff, generally, are not trained for hospitality management. I’ve been to some hotel and spas and the experience is really comparable to others. I’ll never go back and does not recommend this place at all.

Very helpfull and kind staff. Good service. Nice and clean accomodations. Highly recommendable hotel. ... Extremely clean room. We loved the contemporary design.
